In today’s world, where agile transformation has become a necessity, one of the biggest problem in the transformation journey of institutions is “Positioning Project Management Offices”. While many agile frameworks and methods say that there is no Project Manager and Project Management Office role, scaled agile approaches such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Disciplined Agile offer a guide for positioning the PMO. It is also important for companies to listen to these guides and industry experiences and to take references in their own models.
